Senior Product Marketing Manager - Adoption & Growth
Job Description
At WalkMe, we are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager who can fuel the growth of our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving to drive product adoption.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be diving deep into data to understand how customers interact with our product, identifying patterns that can enhance retention across various customer segments. You'll gain an in-depth knowledge of WalkMe’s product and its value proposition to customers, using this understanding to craft customer-centric user journeys and activation campaigns.
Working in close collaboration with our customer success, product, and marketing teams, you will create and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and growth across WalkMe's customer base
- Utilize deep analytical skills to understand customer usage behaviors and identify patterns that drive retention across different customer segments
- Collaborate closely with customer success, product, and marketing teams to design customer-first user journeys and activation programs
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of WalkMe's product offerings and effectively communicate its value proposition to customers
- Execute successful marketing campaigns that promote user adoption and engagement
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS companies with a product-led-growth (PLG) motion
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user retention and expansion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for innovation
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Raleigh (other locations considered for exceptional candidates)
