Senior Product Marketing Manager, CLM

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager that will support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business. The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketing professional with a track record of bringing innovative B2B enterprise software/SaaS products to market while operating as a GTM strategist. In this high-impact role with a company-wide scope, you will engage with product, sales, marketing, customers, partners, and the management team. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for our commercial business, you will grow our CLM business by bringing new features to market through timely and compelling launch strategies, develop clear positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences (i.e. legal, contracting, sourcing and procurement), generate content that supports both thought leadership and demand generation, and enable customer-facing teams. You will also be responsible for developing the overall marketing plan for the CLM commercial business.
What You Will Do:
· Drive persona development, positioning, messaging, content development, and campaign strategy to build demand in a scalable, repeatable, and predictable manner
· Help fill the funnel, accelerate the funnel, and increase the win-rate to close deals
· Develop a deep understanding of the CLM market
· Become an Onit CLM expert - you should understand the product's capabilities, value proposition, and be able to differentiate against key competitors
· Research competitive products and ensure internal stakeholders have the appropriate training and content to effectively position Onit against the competition
· Act as a customer advocate in communicating the value proposition of Onit’s product and specific features to the different personas we market to
· Tell the story behind our products and their value proposition based on a deep understanding of our technology and platform
· Be a prolific content creator, both producing pieces individually and managing others to produce campaign content, presentations, technical white papers, blogs, and videos
· Develop internal sales enablement content and training sessions ensuring relevant stakeholders understand product functionality and how to position to potential prospects
· Ensure successful product release and launch communications as well as refine our ongoing marketing strategies and execution
What You Will Bring:
· 6-12+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS/software, ideally in the contracts space
· Skilled storyteller who can craft compelling messages across personas and audiences
· Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from C-level to entry level, both internal and external
· Experience with hands-on content development of blogs, product demos, sales presentation material and other forms of content designed for external and internal consumption.
· Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies
· Proven success leading and executing development and product go-to-market plans
· Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
· Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments
· Self-motivated and self-started that does not wait for prescriptive direction; capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
· Deep technical product understanding with experience launching complex features
· Ability to learn new processes and methodologies
· Experience working in a cross-functional capacity
· Experience with B2B marketing and sales enablement
· Strong hands-on tactical execution experience
Location:
· The ideal candidate would be located in Houston, TX or Austin, TX. We are also open to consider this role for 100% remote candidates
Travel:
· Up to 25% travel may be required to attend meetings at corporate offices (Houston, TX), client events and business conferences
