Job Overview
Right Networks is looking for a proactive and driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing Product Marketing team and help us develop and promote a differentiated set of educational, consulting, and community offerings for our customers.
First and foremost, you are someone who thrives as a strategic advisor to your stakeholders, customers, and the rest of the company. You will have the depth of understanding necessary to map existing capabilities and product roadmap considerations to the market’s needs and create compelling value propositions that drive positioning, messaging, and engagement with the target audience. You must also be able to lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts in cross-functional environments, set clear goals, manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment, and drive consistent, high-quality execution.
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this person will own the strategic planning and execution of new product, feature(s) and functionality launches, as well as pricing, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement related to our Education & Community portfolio of offerings. This is a critical role to fuel our next stage of growth by executing on our Account Based Marketing strategies.
This is a remote work position.
Responsibilities
- Be a SME on the market and its buyers and use this knowledge to drive all other activities.
- Drive the GTM strategy and maintain an ongoing understanding of the performance of our products to create plans and deliver results.
- Develop product positioning and messaging for each type of buyer and segment that differentiates our company and our products.
- Produce and support the creation of externally facing persona-based marketing collateral designed to accelerate adoption, activations, and customer engagement.
- Work across the organization to develop valuable product insights from customer feedback and recommendations.
- Partner with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop targeted product messaging and then drive enablement and adoption across the teams.
- Create business and launch plans, including development, implementation, pricing and packaging, and sales and channel strategies.
- Working with product teams assist in developing customer-centric product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience. Product management experience a bonus.
- Experience in SaaS and product-led business models (experience in the Accounting & Tax industries a plus).
- Customer-facing experience engaging to identify product roadmap opportunities.
- Experience building customer-centric communities and/or development of learning programs a plus.
- A data-driven marketer with a creative mindset and the ability to develop actionable plans from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong organizational, and project management skills – keep the ball rolling in the right direction.
- Self-starter who prioritizes effectively and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment.
- Well-rounded experience in product positioning, market research, and launch strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
