How you can help make a better world of work
The foundation of how we speak to customers is through helping them realize the value of our products and services. The Senior PMM, Revenue programs role will be responsible for supporting the scaling of value messaging/content and competitive insights/research to help our customer teams showcase the value of Culture Amp. This role will report to the Business Value Consulting lead, which sits under the product marketing team and will work cross-functionally with enablement, sales, customer success, people science, and marketing. Â
As part of this team of amazing humans you will:
- Collaborate with the business value team, product marketers, and people science to deeply understand the value of our products, target customers, and competitive landscape.
- Design & deliver compelling sales enablement content and materials, including presentations, battle cards, and value messaging contentÂ
- Develop systems and processes to scale self-service resourcesÂ
- Lead and execute comprehensive win/loss analysis to understand the factors influencing sales wins and losses.
- Gather and analyze data from sales/customer success engagements to identify key trends, patterns, and competitive differentiators.
- Create compelling value realization materials, including ROI calculators, which influence case studies and success stories
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
You have:
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, enablement, competitive intelligence, and/or consulting: MBA optional Â
- Experience influencing and implementing programs cross-functionallyÂ
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand buyers' most critical business issues and the ability to translate product and service capabilities into real business value
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills
- History of market, customer, and competitive research
- Financial ROI modeling skills: optional
- Experience in fast paced, SaaS growth environment

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.Â
In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.
