Position Overview
We're looking for a passionate marketer with prior B2B experience who loves to build content, sales programs & campaigns, enjoys tackling complex go-to-market problems, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
Location: Remote
Reports To: Senior Manager Marketing
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales & product teams to plan and execute GTM campaigns rooted in product launches, industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive opportunities.
- Create engaging and compelling content across a variety of mediums, including sales presentations, email, sell sheets, blogs, ebooks, etc. that highlights our differentiation and accelerates sales cycles
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally within marketing and across the organization to produce on-time deliverables that advance business goals-as well as integrate and activate those deliverables across channels.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement and Learning & Development teams as subject matter expert to enable sales on campaigns, content, and company initiatives
- Monitor performance of programs, campaigns, and content quantitatively (through content analytics & business impact) and qualitatively (through direct sales & field feedback).
- 3+ years marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong verbal, visual, and analytical storytelling skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong ability to distill complexity into crisp messaging and content
- Organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated, with project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to manage deadlines and drive accountability while working across multiple teams and projects
- Self-starter and problem solver, not afraid to ask questions
- Proficient in Powerpoint & Excel
- Knowledge and experience using sales enablement platform (Highspot) and CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders including sales, sales enablement, product, and company leadership.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $66,786 - $101,743/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
