What you will do:

• Oversee the gathering and maintenance of quantitative and qualitative data about products and the market for portfolio decision making from internal or external data sources 
• Architect the design of software and tool configurations related to product management, reporting, and dashboarding 
• Work with Product Operation Analysts to improve and implement operational processes for software delivery 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reporting of product lifecycle activities to share with product stakeholders 
• Consolidate, analyze, and summarize data from various qualitative and quantitative resources for use in decision making 
• Architect the design of processes for software, systems, and tools used for product management and reporting 
• Help create and maintain product operations-related intelligence dashboards 
• Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations for stakeholder review 
• Execute system and data audits to ensure data is clean and accurate 
• Develop tools for collecting and aggregating internal, customer, and user feedback 
• Support the maintenance and automation of product operations surveys and data 
• Communicate and distribute updates and information about product-related data 
• With supervisory management participation, complete ongoing, related continuing education activities. 

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communication, or related field 
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience 
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is required 
• Experience with using ServiceNow or related tools is a plus. 
• Experience with developing on and using tools such Tableau or Power BI is a plus. 
• Commitment to delivering results
