Senior Product Operations Manager
Job Description
The Senior Product Operations Manager role is at the forefront of CLEAR’s product and innovation strategy, enabling the planning, development, and launch of the right products to move our business forward. This is a high visibility role within technology leadership and stakeholder teams (think: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Partner Success, and more), responsible for driving strategic planning processes for the entire Product organization and the successful rollout of new, complex products.
What you'll do:
- Define, own, and scale the framework for successful product launches in CLEAR’s digital identity space; you’ll be the quarterback of new product rollouts by owning stakeholder management, internal comms, risk mitigation, and more
- Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and transparency within the product area
- Establish the collaboration model between Product and customer-facing teams, enabling stakeholder involvement in building the product roadmap
- Lead internal cross-functional teams to gain consensus, deliver against strategic initiatives, and solve challenging problemsÂ
- Communicate with senior leadership to ensure awareness of critical issues and develop action plans to remove roadblocks
How you'll measure success:
- Effective collaboration with internal stakeholder teams (e.g., NPS, increased efficiency)
- Demonstrated agility in managing multiple complex projects and processes—as a senior manager, you’ll be working on new and intricate product areas spanning multiple teams
- Continuous improvement to best practices with buy-in from senior leadership and adoption by the entire Product organization
- Proactive identification of key areas of opportunity to improve customer experience with CLEAR products
What you're great at:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, product operations, product management, and/or similar experience leading rollouts and implementation of a technical product
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management
- Proactive problem-solving, being resourceful, and operating with a strong sense of urgency
- Building trust with senior leaders and the ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve defined goals; past experience with Sales and Business Development stakeholders is a plus
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results while managing multiple workstreams at once—you are just as comfortable managing the big picture as you are digging into the details

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
