Senior Product Operations Specialist

Product Development is the ‘manufacturing plant’ of JM&A. In the ever-changing automotive landscape, Product Development partners with cross-functional teams, OEM partners, vendors, and our Field Sales Team to ensure we have the right products available to meet the needs of our dealer’s customers. We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to join the fast-paced Product Operations team to support form creation, system setups, material & collateral handling, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support form creation.
• Perform system setups.
• Handle materials and collateral.
• Participate in special projects.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with external partners.

Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Demonstrates ability to evaluate cycle time and downstream impacts to ensure deadlines are met
• Must be responsive to requests and have the ability to partner within and across departments to complete tasks
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
• Technology savvy with an ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, troubleshoot issues
• JM&A System knowledge (SalesForce [SalesConnect], Widen, Mainframe, SharePoint, Ariba, Quantum, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
