Become a Senior Product Operations Specialist for Bloomreach! In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance communication efficiency and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve our business goals. The salary range starts at 3 000€ gross per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a core part of the Product Team.

What challenge awaits you?

As a Senior Product Operations Specialist, you will support the product and engineering departments by establishing communication standardization, drive major product launches, and  lead implementation of new tools and processes. You’ll seek opportunities for improvements across the organizations, identify inefficiencies in current operational processes, and implement strategies to streamline workflows. Your influence will extend across the company as you actively participate in and lead cross-company initiatives that will help us achieve our business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with key partners in the product and engineering teams , champion global initiatives into their organizations  through change management techniques and clear communication. 

Your job will be to:

  1. Drive opportunities for improvement across the product organization
  2. Create communication standardization
  3. Participate in cross-company initiatives

a. Drive opportunities for improvement across the product organisation

  • Review current processes, identify and drive opportunities for improvement across the product organisation
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current operational processes in our software development lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow
  • Lead implementation of new tools and processes including rollout planning, training, and change management

b. Create communication standardization

  • Establish best practices that make inter- and cross-department communication efficient
  • Facilitate communication within and between product and other departments
  • Design and implement structured meetings and knowledge bases, as needed

c. Participate in cross-company initiatives

  • Lead the planning and tracking of substantial cross-company initiatives to support the achievement of our business goals
  • Collaborate with key partners across product, engineering, and the entire organization

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, program management, product management, or a closely related role working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport to bridge the gap between Product teams and other departments
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience in change management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a large, fully remote team

Personal qualities

  • Fluent in English with exceptional spoken and written communication skills
  • Independent and self-organized with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Motivated and willing to contribute to significant, time-sensitive projects

Compensation:
