The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Senior Product Owner you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Collaborating with the Chief Product Owner and customers to define, prioritize, and lead execution of the product roadmap.
• Create and maintain product documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including training materials, user guides, release notes and reporting
• Triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities
• Provide subject matter expertise for product marketing, sales enablement, and customer project support
• Willingness to travel as required in support of customer and sales activity
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited and a minimum of eight (8) years of healthcare experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of eleven (11) years of healthcare experience

• Two (2) years of experience working with US health care reimbursement methodologies - inpatient, outpatient, and risk adjustment
• Five (5) years of experience working in healthcare provider or payer sector
• Five (5) years of experience working with software application development
• Five (5) years of experience in product management and/or product marketing

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in health information systems (HIS), health policy, or hospital administration (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of experience working with US health care reimbursement methodologies - inpatient, outpatient, and risk adjustment
• Eight (8) combined years of experience working with software application development
• Eight (8) combined years of experience in product management and/or product marketing
• Excellent communication, oral presentation and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding and familiarity with the US health care industry
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work well within a team
• Project management experience
• Individual initiative and responsibility for innovation
• Detail orientation and commitment to perfection

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Remote), or Salt Lake City, UT (Remote) or remote USA

Travel: May include up to 33% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
