Senior Product Owner

Role Summary

As a Product Owner at Kinesso, you’ll collaborate with closely with delivery departments and global product teams to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize product requirements. We’re seeking a highly motivated problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for critical thinking. Your role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, driven by passion and commitment. Previous experience in technical and data fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for product delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Develop and implement a short to medium-term vision for the product/service, encompassing both customer-facing functionalities and technical advancements.
• Strategize and execute the product roadmap, managing the backlog and prioritizing feature development in accordance with resource availability and stakeholder needs.
• Foster collaboration between stakeholders, design teams, and development teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Solicit and prioritize input from various sources, including sales, marketing, data scientists, and customers, to inform product development decisions.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities by conducting market analysis, tracking industry trends, and incorporating customer feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements, specifications, and use cases for new product features.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and product management processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with relational databases (Snowflake experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of Master Data Management, SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual with a proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Great understanding of data and the ability to use data to inform decision-making and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and willingness to work outside of traditional business hours.
