Exciting opportunity to play a critical role in Philips' Quality Compliance Learning transformation as the Product Owner of the TEDS- Learning Management System (LMS).
You are responsible for:
- Developing a strategy to ensure improved collaboration between the TEDS vendor, the IT Support Team, and the business.
- Working with business owners, architects, product management, Q&R and software leaders to contribute to ensuring the stability of the system, short and long-term release planning, streamlining the execution of program priorities, and maintaining the validated state.
- Defining, prioritizing, documenting and approving user stories, non-functional and functional requirements, and managing the backlog.
- Identifying gaps in functionality and/or requirements; assisting with LMS product related CAPAs.
- Participating in team demo and retrospectives with the business and leadership.
- Representing the business and driving improvements in the vendor's approach to issue resolution for Philips.
- Collaborating with the TEDS IT Support Team to ensure appropriate actions are taken to provide the highest possible standard of support to maintain the validated state of the system.
- Working with the QCL TEDS Technical Lead to understand tool issues and resolutions to enable informed decision making regarding the LMS.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of QCL are represented in critical changes to the system, e.g., Administration and Reporting/Analytics.
- Building close relationships with QCL peers to enable harmonization for tool and process changes.
- Appropriately escalating and reporting issues and resolutions to leadership.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing LMS expertise and guidance to audit team members.
- Participating in issue management activities with internal and technical teams, as required.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the LMS.
You are a part of:
Quality Compliance Learning is a part of the Global Quality function and is part of the Enterprise QMS. The Global Quality team supports compliance to worldwide medical device regulations throughout Philips through executing risk-based internal audits and providing resources to businesses and markets to assist them in addressing any compliance issues. The Quality Compliance Learning team develops and deploys common compliance standards and procedures, including delivery of associated employee training. Team members are located throughout the world, and this position will be based in the United States.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in FDA regulated Medical/HealthTech environments or other highly regulated industries, including 3+ years' experience influencing stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in learning management system (LMS) end-to-end operations (administration, system interfaces, global business requirements, validation/quality system requirements (QMS))
- Demonstrated ability to analyze system impacts and potential solutions.
- Experience with escalation management
- Experience with the following applications is preferred but not required: TEDS, Business Objects and QlikSense
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, data-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deliver to rigorous timelines.
- Commitment and discipline to work independently with minimal supervision, including working remotely and/or virtually.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
