Senior Product Owner, Salesforce
Job Description
What we're looking for
We are looking for a contract employee for a Fixed-Term Contract duration of 12 months. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and delivering solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of Momentive’s marketing and sales processes & applications. You will closely collaborate with our Marketing, Sales & Operations teams and your scrum team to deliver solutions that will scale our business. Main responsibilities are to act as a product owner that deeply understands Momentive’s current state of business processes, challenges & supporting tech stack, and recommend & deliver innovative solutions that will scale. You will report to the Senior Director, Sales Systems and Analytics. This job is Remote-Friendly.
You will
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales & Operations leaders to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements & solutions
- Facilitate discovery workshops to refine expected business outcomes & align on requirements
- Groom & prioritize backlog into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria with a clear definition of done
- Lead team backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
- Ensure story backlog meets definition of ready and is ready for your scrum team to start building
- Drive prioritization & trade-off conversations with your business partners and set realistic expectations on what your scrum team can deliver
- Manage your scrum team’s overall roadmap delivery by developing a quarterly plan and working from it
- Lead user acceptance testing & ensure solution meets MVP requirements
You have
- 5+ years experience as a product owner within a business technology function
- Experience implementing Salesforce Sales CloudÂ
- Expert on Prospect to Qualify business processes
- Salesforce Sales Cloud certification preferred
- CSPO Certification preferred
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and creatively solve complex problems
- Experience leading an agile scrum team
