Senior Product Specialist
Job Description
nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.
We are currently searching for a Product Specialist that will work in tandem with the Direct Sales team, Product Development, and Professional Services. You will provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences
- Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations
- Lead the creation of Salesforce.com custom fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments
- Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific data requests
- Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality
- Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment
- Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a comparable field
- 4+ years' experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance
- Proven ability to build rapport with multiple teams, especially in a Sales environment
- Ability to be flexible with new challenges and constant change in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly describe, educate, and persuade
- Proven knowledge in banking and financial services
- Highly professional demeanor with the ability to present in front of large groups
- Ability to react quickly to complex scenarios
Desired Candidate Skills
- Salesforce experience
- Extensive knowledge in areas of Loan Origination Workflow, nCino, SFDC best practices, etc.
Travel Requirements
- Position requires up to 60% travel
