What you'll bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated experience in Product Operations, or a similar position.

  • Proactive, can-do attitude pushing projects to completion and always looking for ways that we can level up or improve our processes.
  • Expertise using modern Product Management tools including Aha, Atlassian products, Azure Devops, Pendo, Mircosoft App Insights and more.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience at a high growth company, specifically B2B SaaS experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous prioritization to help juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
