Occupy a unique position in the market as a Senior Production Designer. You will be a pivotal part of our creative team responsible for delivering high-quality design across all production design work streams. You will handle a variety of asset types including deck design social assets production design for video &VFX display ads CRM materials UX design and localization assets. Your role is integral to the studio’s success ensuring that all design work is executed with the utmost attention to detail creative excellence and consistency while utilizing cutting-edge tools and AI-powered automation to optimize workflows and scale production.

• Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of assets including marketing materials presentations video assets display ads social media content CRM materials and more.

• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Leverage AI-powered design tools to optimize workflows automate repetitive tasks and explore new creative possibilities.

• Perform detailed QC checks on all design assets to ensure accuracy brand compliance and high-quality standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including project managers creative directors and developers to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide guidance and support to junior designers fostering their growth and development.

• Stay abreast of industry trends explore new design techniques and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.

What will help you succeed

• 5-7 years of experience in production design with a strong background in delivering assets across multiple channels (print digital social media CRM etc.).

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) Figma and other industry-standard design software.

• Expertise in designing for social platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook etc.).

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly MidJourney Runway).

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Deep understanding of brand guidelines and experience maintaining brand consistency.

• Excellent teamwork communication and mentorship skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design challenges.
