Interbrand is looking for a talented Senior Production Specialist. You have a strong knowledge of prepress and will be responsible for overseeing the production process of print and digital marketing materials. This includes creating and managing brand guidelines, media tests, stationery suites, collateral template systems, and logo suites. You are detail-oriented and will ensure that all materials are produced accurately and efficiently.

THE ROLE:

  • Turn design intent files into completed client deliverables utilizing expert production and branding knowledge
  • Work efficiently to produce guidelines, logos, stationery suites, brand books, print communications, etc.
  • Lend support to managers and directors of all departments on various projects
  • Communicate concerns and work with project teams to find solutions

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
  • Solid understanding of prepress and printing technologies
  • Willingness to step in wherever and whenever needed
  • Able to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintain a focus on the bigger picture
  • Ability to follow complex instructions, recognize potential problems and offer innovative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are a must
  • 4+ years’ of relevant experience

NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in our NYC office 2-3 days per week

Compensation

  • Base salary range of $75K to $100K
  • This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Interbrand in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; other business and organizational needs; and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
