Job Description
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for setting and controlling LV production department budget, manpower and working process to make sure the production line deliver high quality products on-timely.
- Works with the manufacturing engineering team to continuously improve processes and working procedures to improve productivity.
- Be accountable for results in terms of safety, costs, methods, delivery, quality and quantity of assembly production and personnel.
- Meets or exceeds standards of performance, measures progress, controls interdepartmental workflow, analyses delays or serious problems/deficits and takes remedial action and drives continuous improvement activities.
- Provides and arranges shift requirements, departmental operating schedules, equipment and machinery needs with fact based / data driven analysis support.
- Implements the cost out plan and reduce the cost in order to achieve the target margin.
- Participates as a core member of the operation leader team to involve in the OPA assessment process and pass OPA audit;
- Optimizes utilization of human and equipment assets against appropriate performance measures, such as Effecienct,OEE, TPM, etc.
- Develops meaningful and strategic functional performance matrices and holds accountable self and reports for the results. And proactively supports and compliments other functions in a matrix organization to meet or exceed plant and functional performance matrix targets.
- Establishes, grows, and develops staff, which fully supports the needs of and fulfils continuous improvement requirements.
- Other tasks are assigned by Production Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/technical or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years related and progressive experience in Electrical or automation industry is preferred, At least 5 years in supervisory / management position.Be familiar with manufacturing process such as material and production planning.
- Related product knowledge is preferred; Good experience in Lean system and six sigma.
- Have strong leadership/interpersonal skill, be able to work under pressure ,self-motivated and have positive attitude as well as good team spirit, good communication skills.Open minded, results orientated and initiated in decision making.
