KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our Team. This position supports the PMA-265 RADAR & Fighter Electronic Warfare (EW) Team with day-to-day operations of the Program Office providing analysis, direction and coordination across the IPT at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will provide direct business management support to Level 2 IPT Leads and participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
• Supports the development of documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy (AS), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, schedules and Risks.
• Manages Program Risk Register and reports, ensure material technical support requirements, procedures, methods, and practices are consistent with established standard policies.
• Tracks deliverables, major events and milestones, meetings, briefings, and develop plans to ensure products are prepared and delivered on time.
• Plan and completes Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) entries.
• Assists in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for the IPT programs.
• Manages day-to-day operations across the IPT and makes recommendations in support of program execution and out-year planning.
• This position involves daily interface and coordination with all levels of the IPTs, including government, contractor, and field activity personnel associated with the program office.
• Provides IPT recommendation guidance to aircraft requirements, allocations, and utilization.
• Performs analysis procurement actions, utilizing N-ERP, PMT, CSPT and loaned/leased Government Furnished Equipment.

Functional Description:

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a related field with 5 years of experience. In lieu of formal education, 13 years of experience. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
• An active secret level security clearance is required.

Contract Requirements:

• MA/MS degree OR a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree OR An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.

Desired Skills:

• 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR is desired.
• This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight.
