Senior Program Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Senior Program Analysts shall be the primary technical and managerial interface between the contractor, the CO, the COR, and government management personnel and senior program.
• Senior Program Analysts shall be responsible for overall day-to-day performance that meets the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) requirements by supervising, organizing, directing, and managing contractor personnel.
• As appropriate, the Senior Program Analysts shall be proactive in eliminating day-to-day NICS workflow.
• The senior program analysts shall facilitate government and contractor communications and ensure a high level of performance and service across both government locations where contracted services are provided and shall develop and provide monthly status reports (MSRs) to the COR and CO.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Must demonstrate attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Must have the ability to not share work information with others outside assigned NICS Unit/Section and its partners during and after employment.
• Shall demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived.
• Must have proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome; navigate multiple browser windows, and copy/paste to and from different applications.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least two (2) years of relevant experience, similar to the duties outlined above, or
• Minimum of at least five (5) years of relevant experience as outlined above.

Special Notes: Relocation is not available for these jobs. The government prefers contractor personnel be assigned full time (40 hours/week) and be available on site at the CJIS facility throughout the periods of performance. All work shall take place within the NICS Section, with a possibility to work Monday through Sunday, including all federal holidays except Christmas. Current work schedules include the following:

• Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Monday - Thursday 3 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
