Senior Program Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Leads the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategic direction. Is responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams around the methodology.
- Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles.
- Directs the activities of more junior Analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies.
- Prepare written assessments, as directed by the government that may include one or more of the following: requests for clarification, recommended comments to be forwarded, impact to existing processes, recommended responses, recommended approaches to implementation and other recommendations deemed relevant.
- Assist government staff in maintaining SharePoint site content in support of CPU activities.
- Administer files so that CPU can easily access needed data at all times and without the assistance of contractor personnel.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of Investment/Project Managers and POCs.
- Senior expert with extensive knowledge and experience developing and applying analytic methodologies and principles.
- Provide administrative support to CPU personnel charged with executing IT Investment Management (ITIM), IT Portfolio Management (ITPM). Maintain templates, instructions, and documentation used in CPU team processes.
- Assist the government prepare IT investment, IT portfolio, BIKR, and SMS reports for the CIO (Chief Information Officer), DCIO (Deputy Chief Information Officer), Assistant Director (AD), and other senior managers as directed by CPU management.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) year or more years of analytical techniques and methodologies experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience may be substituted for education.
