Senior Program Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver specific tasks based on overall program design and planning
• Lead the execution of the technology ambassador program in LATAM, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs
• Operationalize councils and feedback roundtables between ambassadors and product teams, including managing attendance, facilitating sessions remotely, and synthesizing feedback
• Identify, recruit, onboard and offboard new ambassadors across various technology areas
• Support sourcing and onboarding of new community members
• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing ambassadors, providing ongoing support, resources, and opportunities for professional growth
• Support and enable initiatives that empower ambassadors to share their technical knowledge with the broader developer community in LATAM
• Collaborate with leadership on related events and initiatives, representing the LATAM ambassador community and advocating for their needs
• Track and measure the impact of the ambassador program in LATAM, reporting on key metrics
• Source success stories, collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare and present insights and results to the Program Lead
• Maintain a deep understanding of the LATAM tech landscape, identifying emerging trends and opportunities to expand the ambassador program into new areas
• Manage online/offline events dedicated to program participants and structure automatic logistic processes to streamline program logistics
• Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relations and collaborations

• Extensive experience in community building, developer relations, or similar role
• Knowledge of ambassador programs and its various components
• A strong network within the LATAM developer community and familiarity with key influencers and organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
• Exceptional program management skills with a proven track record of successfully driving and scaling initiatives
• A passion for technology and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive developer community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively convey information to diverse audiences
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to collaboration

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Workspace products (Sheet, Docs, Gmail, Slides)
• Passion and understanding of evolving IT technologies, specifically AI
