We are looking for a talented and proven Program Manager to lead development of capabilities required for the Commercial Customer Success Team to deliver Impactful Customer Experiences.

As a Program Manager, you will lead programs and projects that shape the way we support Autodesk Customers through their onboarding, use and renewal of Autodesk Subscriptions. You will need to understand, analyze, prioritize, craft stories, and communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

To be successful in this role, the candidate requires exceptionally strong strategic & creative thinking, customer engagement, relationship building, networking, facilitation, and storytelling skills, as well as a burning passion and desire to learn about and make an impact on both Autodesk's business and the practice of delivering Impactful Customer Success engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Proven program management experience in an B2B enterprise SaaS / Cloud environment
  • Curiosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in to get the job done quickly and with precision
  • Proficient in all aspects of managing global programs including policy, process definition, enablement, and implementation
  • Analytical and data-driven. Adept at using business insights to inform and educate others on opportunities
  • Able to break down silos to leverage ideas and solutions from across the business
  • Ensure stakeholders have visibility into our current capabilities and how to prioritize investments to up level or add in new capabilities
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Highlight tradeoffs, and ensure that employee and customer experience are top of mind when making decisions
  • Work with GTM teams using the existing technology stack and operational processes in new and creative ways to deliver desired capabilities
  • Develop and continually refine processes to ensure effective and efficient execution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to consulting and/or project management in SaaS / Cloud environment
  • World class written and verbal communicator with the ability to present at all levels
  • Proven track record of being able to influence and rally diverse stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Willing to dive into details to drive execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy
  • Ability to multi-task by prioritizing work and coordinating required support across various functions to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams
  • Able to travel as required (less than 25%)

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $125,600 and $203,170. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
