As a Sr. Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs supporting Redesign Health’s Innovation Platform. You will help drive product innovation through your expertise, and lead various efforts to standardize new product development and delivery.

You will report into the Director, Program Management and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Redesign platform

 What you’ll do:
  • Lead cross-department programs of high complexity, team size, and/or breadth of responsibility
    • Gather requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of projects key stakeholders
    • Oversee and manages the operational aspects of ongoing programs and serves as business liaison
    • Review status of programs and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
    • Achieve successful implementation of programs and manages all activities required to define, design, develop and deliver value to customers 
    • Flex into multiple areas of responsibility to keep forward momentum on project work
  • Lead cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for operational excellence, new product development, and ongoing lifecycle management of products and processes
    • Assess issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
    • Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and for intervention and problem solving
    • Communicate with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems

What you’ll need:

  • Background:
    • 6+ years of experience in project management or program management 
    • Experience in large company change management
    • Experience in rolling out technology systems/platforms (E.g. Knowledge Management, CRM, Project Management systems)
  • Specialized / Technical Skills:
    • An expert understanding of PM tools, CRM, and other business systems. .
    • Recently demonstrated skill to launch technology systems and supporting business processes. 
  • Behavioral skills:
    • Manages Ambiguity. Deals comfortably with the uncertainty of change. Effectively handles risk. Can decide and act without having the total picture.     • Balances Stakeholders. Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. Balances the interest of multiple stakeholders. Considers cultural and ethical factors in the decision-making process. Acts fairly despite conflicting demands of stakeholders. Anticipating and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
