At Anaplan, we are looking for a self-motivated SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER to join our growing team and contribute as a member of the Product Operations team. As an expert Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with partners across product other organizations to plan the development and delivery of project releases. You will be the operations leader to help launch products, develop activities, and ensure transition to launch is within capacity parameters. You will use your technical and product management skills, and business judgment to drive high priority initiatives. You will be the primary interface to the Solutions team and to other Product teams.
Your Qualifications:- 7+years of experience in Project/Program management in technology
- Project & Product management and analytical skills
- Experience across all phases of product development
- Organized, methodical and detail oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead via influence, in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular communicating technical concepts between audiences of varying backgrounds.
- Experience with change management in particular new process definition/rollout.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and or Agile methodologies
- Manage project from end-to-end following SDLC and program management best practices
- Use business judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
- Manage operation related communications throughout the organization, to escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Product Marketing teams to drive projects to completion and develop the release plans.
- Identify and deliver business critical processes, tools, metrics and business insights to drive operational excellence across Product.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Plan foreseeable risks and manage it with priority
- Ability to be detailed oriented
- Ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams
- Analytical and results oriented skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building, collaboration and negotiation and skills
- Support planning across the product funnel from the product prioritization to the engineering execution and release plans.
- Continuously improve development process and drive agile best practice adoption across the teams.
