Our network of Intuit experts includes tens of thousands of diverse and talented experts around the world who are skilled at using our products or in their professional disciplines as tax attorneys, credentialed tax/accounting experts, and bookkeepers. We are growing quickly and collaborate across multiple teams to enable awesome experiences and operational efficiencies.
Your mission: lead the work to ensure our experts are prepared and changes are implemented with excellence so that our teams can delight our customers. Successful candidates will also be passionate about improving processes and collaborating within and across teams to drive change at scale and in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensuring appropriate readiness workstreams are identified and plans developed to create an excellent experience for experts amidst change
- Assess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts resulting in on time releases
- Validate readiness, oversee release and drive follow-up activities to understand how a change is performing, where there may be opportunities for improvement and that accountable teams are aware and taking action
- Seek opportunities to improve speed and clarity of how we deliver change
- Ensure planning and change practices are enduring and scalable
- Partner, educate and mentor others on planning and change management best practices
- Leverage expert insights (quantitative and qualitative) to support readiness work from inception through post implementation; advocate and role model a "customer back" mindset
