SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Senior Program Manager - Tyndall AFB, FL

JOB SUMMARY:

BB&E is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Program Management Office (PMO) with management and integration with MILCON and other non-MILCON projects including Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), Utilities Privatization (UP), Housing Privatization (HP), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), Defense Commissary Agency (DECA).

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
• Establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives and client expectations.
• Demonstrating domain and expert technical knowledge to accomplish tasks and objectives.
• Directing and managing tasks for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as position requires leading a team and supervising others, and interfacing with client/senior management.

EDUCATION:

• Master's Degree or higher highly desired, but not required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Over fifteen (15) years of experience related to program and project management of Department of Defense (DoD) Military Construction (MILCON), or comparable program/projects.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) / Registered Architect (RA) / Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable, but not required.
• US Citizenship and DoD government security clearance or ability to obtain NACI.
• Motivated self-starters requested.
• Strong briefing and communication skills.
• Must have experience and working knowledge of the following programs: MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Access).

• May also be required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift over 25 pounds.
