You Are: A seasoned Technical Program Manager who will help drive the cloud program including the associated cloud applications and services. You will use your exceptional program management skills to drive engineering and business teams, partner with cloud vendors, design cloud migration plans and execute workload migrations onto public cloud platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the execution of multiple programs in the areas of Cloud computing, software development methodologies and Business process management.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align program objectives with the company's strategic goals and vision.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans.
• Driving effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Monitoring program progress and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO function, defining guidelines for best-practices, methodology, and solutions
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in Cloud technologies, to enhance program delivery.
• You are at ease in an engineering-savvy environment while enjoying aligning on technical roadmaps and strategy with business and support teams
• You partner with Cloud Vendors to drive cloud programs and solutions

You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and foster business unit collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Cloud platform.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline)
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex projects in the software industry
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent project management skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning are a plus
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus

Requirements:

• BS/MS with 10+years of relevant experience in in managing large scale programs for public cloud. Experience in dealing in medium to large software organizations.
• BS with 12+years of relevant experience in Computer Science or EE, MS with 10+years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Program Management using Agile development methodology practices is required

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $191,000-$287,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
