The team you'll be part of

Network Infrastructure, includes IP Routing, Optical Networks and Fixed Networks, as well as Alcatel Submarine Networks business, currently reported under "Group Common." This business group will respond to the ever-increasing demand for higher capacity, greater reliability, faster speeds and lower costs

What you will learn and contribute to

The Network Infrastructure team is looking for a skilled senior program manager to join the team.

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:
• As a Program Manager, this person will be responsible for coordinating engineering SW releases and own the dependency matrix for features.• Will be actively involved in capex planning and budget handling.• Coordinating between multiple different teams, including h/w and s/w teams for prototypes.• The person will be working with Senior leadership team on an active basis and must be comfortable with handling changing priorities and facilitating resolution for overall success of the team. Strong communication skills are desired along with focus on diligence.

Your skills and experience
• Coordinate development activities across sites to ensure alignment
• Publish s/w schedules and changes to the entire org
• Exceptional communication and writing skills• Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite of products• Engage with the Product Management team to plan and provide guidance on upcoming s/w releases.

It would be nice if you also had:
• Minimum BS Degree equivalent, or better.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Candidates with Bachelor's in CS, EE, will be more relevant. Master's degree a plus.
• 8-12 yrs. of work experience desired.
