Top Skill Required:

• Professionalism and Commitment to Excellence - The bar is high and so a very experienced person is needed who can roll up their sleeves to produce high quality work that can be leveraged for executive audience. They must have accurate information, alignment across multiple stakeholder and product concise, succinct plans.
• Fast & Bias To Action - This person must be able to produce deliverables within minutes sometimes and quickly get agreement, put into action and operationalize/sustain. There is never a day where same-day work is not expected. This is a fast-paced digital commerce environment on an international scale. A person with a startup background would be helpful. Can wear many hats and turn work around immediately.
• Can deal with Ambiguity and Get to Outcomes - This person must be able to work through ambiguity on their own. Pulling in leaders and escalating is not really an option. This person must be able to get to outcomes independently and navigate the complexities of a global company that is accelerating its commerce business exponentially.

Required qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and Asana project management software preferred.
• Experience navigating global cross-functional, networked teams.
• Bias toward action, solutioning, and driving results.
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in leading & driving organizational changes (people, process, tools).
• Experience working on complex programs in the digital space.
• Expert experience developing and managing stakeholder engagement, operating models, work back schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, and change requests.
• Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Desired educational qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or equivalent and 6+ years tech exp or business exp that includes working closely with IT.
• PMP certified is preferred.
