Your Role
The Senior Program Manager of strategic business initiatives, reporting to the CEO of CareScout Assessments, will be responsible for leading and mentoring projects across the business, along with building a strong strategic and operational view of all business processes. Leverages relationships with internal and external teams; supports the senior leadership reviews and works closely with analytical teams in developing methods to measure success. At this time, this is an individual contribution position, but supervision of CareScout personnel and/or contractors may occur based on work to be accomplished.
You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. You must also be comfortable managing multiple tasks, through creative use of available resources and collaboration with business partners.
What You Will Be Doingβ’ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.β’ Oversee large scale projects across the CareScout Assessments business.β’ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.β’ Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.β’ Produce Executive reporting status updates across all businesses.β’ Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.β’ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.β’ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.β’ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.β’ Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.β’ Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines, to successfully manage initiative to completion.β’ Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.β’ Communicate with leadership to keep the project aligned with goals, offering creative alternate solutions or project paths were needed.β’ Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Must Have/What You Bringβ’ Demonstrated project management and process/productivity improvement skills.β’ Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels of organization.β’ Ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple, shifting priorities.β’ Ability to quickly interpret business issues and recommend highly impacting positive solutions.β’ Operations Management with emphasis on project management and facilitating change.β’ Effectively working with both external and internal customersβ’ Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams, embrace and drive change initiatives.β’ A thirst to learn and expand understanding and knowledge of process improvement and the value or understanding successful change, for self and others.
