We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of managing several complex projects at once in a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager who is passionate, confident, and highly detail oriented.

As the Senior Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our tight-knit group of dedicated problem solvers who bring exciting experiences to life within our experience retail centers. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects at once from strategy to onsite implementation.

Would you like to...

• Be the liaison between our physical stores Field and HQ, ensuring alignment across many projects and multiple projects.
• Create and maintain workback schedules and drive deliverables throughout the campaign set building process, including communicating milestones, adjusting workback schedules, and maintaining roadmaps for future retail set implementations.
• Ensure program visibility and implementation as primary point of contact across many teams and organizations (supply chain, buyers, operations, marketing, engineering, field, etc.)
• Utilize Microsoft productivity tools to manage all elements of the project for a 20+ person team: timelines, status updates, issues & risks, documentation, and facilitation of large v-team meetings
• Confidently lead multiple weekly meetings, driving discussion, taking notes, and assigning action items to ensure deliverables meet workback milestones.
• Regularly participate in program strategy and process changes, change management, capturing post-mortem feedback.

We would like you to have...

• 5+ years working in a project management or related role.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive results within a matrixed environment through cross-group collaboration.
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in full Office 365 suite, including strong understanding of Outlook, Teams, OneNote to communicate at an exceptional level in a remote setting.
• Self-started and independent worker.
• A growth mindset to manage a constantly changing environment.
• Highly proactive, organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
• Must be comfortable with a fast moving, ever-changing environment.
• Professional communication skills, including verbal, written and PowerPoint deck building/visualization skills.
• Proven success interacting with multiple stakeholders across organizations.
• Ability to turn business insights into clear actions for future planning.
• Bonus points for project management experience within customer facing or large enterprise retail environment.

Compensation Range: $115,000+

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
