Senior Program Manager

Clearwater Analytics, LLC has an opening for Senior Program Manager in Boise, ID. Job duties include: Act as a strategic liaison between product, engineering, and R&D stakeholders (sales, operations, marketing) to facilitate effective collaboration and communication. Take ownership of one or more strategic programs, overseeing their execution with minimal oversight to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Develop comprehensive communication plans to support the assigned initiatives, ensuring clear lines of communication are established and maintained throughout the program lifecycle. Facilitate discussions and engagement with senior leadership, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), as needed to provide updates, address concerns, and obtain necessary support. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) on project/sprint progress, enabling data-driven decision-making and identifying any potential roadblocks or issues that require resolution, while leveraging product lifecycle management principles. Provide schedules and actively monitor the progress of projects, releases, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with established timelines and milestones, and utilizing effective product lifecycle management practices. Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous service improvements, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize program delivery and outcomes, in line with Agile methodologies. Foster an open and collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to oversee related release activities and deliverables, adhering to established R&D guidelines, and leveraging Agile practices and big room planning for coordination and alignment. May telecommute 20% of the time (commutability to office is required).

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or a IT Project Manager-related occupation.
