Senior Program Manager

Our AI is built on one of the largest and most diverse datasets in pathology, including data from over 1,000 institutions around the globe. This helped us to receive the first ever FDA approval for an AI product in pathology. Paige has also received FDA-clearance for our digital viewer, FullFocus®, and CE-IVD and UKCA clearance for our diagnostic AI in prostate and breast cancer.  
Paige has created a single solution to labs’ biggest pain points, supporting them in delivering more efficient diagnoses to better support their patients. Our web-based software platform puts advanced digital pathology tools together with Paige and third-party AI into the hands of pathologists, while maintaining the highest security and safety standards.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join Paige’s Technology team. 

This position is fully remote for US-based candidates in the ET timezone. 

The base pay range for New York and California is $130,000 - $140,000 per annum. The range may differ in other locations. 

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for seeing programs through from beginning to end, ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication 
• Work with leadership team and Product Owners to ensure each product effort is well defined and scoped, with clear business objectives 
• Work closely with technology and product leadership, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers and scrum masters to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for new initiatives 
• Act as an expert in estimation and planning techniques; explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment; explain the differences between various Scrum Scaling frameworks and approaches 
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives   
• Manage programs for optimal execution and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives   
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement  
• Cross-project resource management; identifying areas of over-commitment and/or dependencies 
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders 
• Measure and report various metrics on team/feature/product quality and performance 
• Coach and Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners across the program  
• Identify gaps and solutions in processes such as release management process  
• Document the Program process 
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations, policies and procedures relating to compliance, and best practices in Engineering 

About You 

• 5+ years of experience as an agile coach or scrum master  
• Collaborated effectively with leadership and stakeholders to align with organizational objectives 
• Facilitated communication across different projects and cross-functional teams to manage cross team interdependencies 
• Worked with scrum masters and stakeholders to plan project schedules, budgets, and goals 
• Excellent problem solver 
• Provided proactive feedback and identified gaps in processes proactively, propose solutions to mitigate them
