Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will lead and enhance our QA/QC, and contractor management teams. Collaborating closely with program managers, operations teams, contractors, and clients, you will drive program success by increasing uptake and providing strategic insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

This position is based in Ontario, with a preference for candidates in the GTA. While the role is primarily remote, you will be required to travel within Ontario for client visits, industry events, and occasional meetings at our Toronto head office. Expect to work remotely about 90% of the time, with the remaining 10% spent in-office or attending events.

Lead QA/QC and contractor management teams, ensuring energy savings and client satisfaction.

Provide strategic guidance to managers to boost efficiency, cross-team collaboration, and standardize processes.

Apply process design expertise to scale QA/QC processes, integrating new home types and technologies.

Collaborate with contractor manager to address logistical challenges and minimize interstage delays.

Align QA/QC and contractor goals with evolving department objectives through proactive communication with the program director.

Ensure contractor services meet client needs and geographic requirements.

Ensure program product offerings meet energy efficiency standards and regulations.

Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategies to expand program reach, impact, and scalability.

Oversee budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.

Manage a team of 2-3 direct reports and 30-45 indirect reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Post-secondary education in Energy Efficiency, Environmental Science, HVAC, or related field.

5+ years of project or program management experience in Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Utilities, or related sectors.

3-5+ years of people management experience.

Knowledge of North American energy efficiency, especially Ontario (preferred).

Experience in QA/QC and utility program design.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting; Excel (Macro, Power Query), Power BI, and Salesforce preferred.
Targeted Salary:
$120,000-$130,000 – negotiable based on experience and skill set
Compensation Range
$107,508.00 - $179,112.00
