Senior Program Manager

Your Role:

• Plan and deliver strategic business process engineering efforts supporting our hardware and software product roadmap
• Facilitate, analyze, design and/or deliver new or improved processes and tools in a variety of functions undergoing continuous improvement
• Advise on strategy, process definition and organizational best practices
• Set priorities, manage and communicate project risks and resolve project issues across geos and time zones (occasional travel likely)
• Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, with appropriate transparency of issues across internal and external partners, customers, vendors, and IT
• Be accountable for solution delivery execution (scope, cost, quality, and schedule milestones) across assigned projects

Your Background

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering field. MBA a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software/Hardware Program Manager, or Operations Manager role
• Solid hands-on experience analyzing, defining, developing, tooling and deploying (rollout training) global business processes
• Exposure to a broad range of process (traditional, agile, lean), maturity and compliance analysis techniques (ASPICE, CMMI, Six Sigma) is ideal
• Data analytics, dashboard, reporting design and development skills strongly preferred
• Proactive, highly organized facilitator comfortable driving clarity and results in ambiguous scene.
