To join our team as a Senior Program Manager. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overall delivery of residential energy efficiency programs, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and ensuring quality work and targets are met, you will have a direct impact on improving low-income family housing by helping residents save energy. Please note, this is not an IT based role.

• Manage large-scale programs ($5-10M revenue) or a portfolio of smaller client contracts, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Lead contract negotiations, execution, and compliance to ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive strategic outcomes.

• Oversee multi-functional teams (10-30 indirect reports) for seamless program execution and collaboration.

• Manage and mentor 2-5 program managers to support team growth and performance.

• Lead high-risk, complex programs with new or strategic clients.

• Drive process and tool improvements to boost efficiency and innovation.

• Create technical content and intellectual property to support program development.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 5-8 years of experience in Program Management, with a proven track record of success.

• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Experience in Energy Efficiency is a significant asset.

• 5+ years of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Skilled in contract negotiation and creation, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Studies preferred.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the area for client meetings and program oversight.

$120,000-$130,000

$118,218.00 - $197,064.00
