Job Description

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Transformation projects within the Operations department.
• Develop and implement phased strategies and adoption plans to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop effective solutions.
• Create and maintain project artifacts in compliance with PMI.org industry standards and relevant regulations.
• Mentor team members on project management practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide timely financial performance and forecasting reports, collaborating closely with business and financial project managers.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

• Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• Proven ability to manage coordination and execution at both high-level and detailed levels across multiple teams and projects.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in program and project management, with hands-on experience from project initiation to implementation using formal methodologies.
• Expertise in project management, procurement, and finance systems such as MS Project, Ariba On Demand, and SAP.

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
