We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to focus on our large-scale Enterprise engagements, working closely with Product Management, Customer Excellence, and other business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results. This role is critical to the success of our programs at the very largest scales and levels of complexity.
In this position, the successful applicant works across multiple teams including product, technology, customer excellence, and others to deliver value via an integrated program approach. This is a fast-paced team environment, supporting the Workhuman global customer base. We are seeking an energetic and committed Program Manager who can provide insightful, innovative leadership. A demonstrated history of securing excellent outcomes via effective program execution is preferred.
** This is a hybrid role which requires 2 days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA office**
The value you will deliver

  • Establish and maintain a programmatic intake, prioritization, and tracking process that aligns customer needs and requests with strategic product roadmap and corporate strategy initiatives.
  • Deliver a closed-loop feedback and request process to strengthen partnerships with internal customer-facing teams and our customers, ultimately influencing our customer and user satisfaction (NPS) scores.
  • Develop program assessment processes to support iterative measurement and improvement.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Manage workstreams across multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Focus on efficient and timely execution and delivery of value to customers and end users.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a streamlined product enhancement request process from customer-facing teams to Product and Engineering
  • Devise strategies to facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Customer- and Market-facing teams for increased efficiency.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned team managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Manage strategic global programs, coordinating and delegating key actions across teams as needed.
  • Identify key requirements to empower cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute in the most effective manner.
  • Expand internal teams' Product Knowledge documentation and visual aids for improved understanding and utilization.
  • Develop and manage against established business goals/objectives.
  • Work with others to identify, analyze, evaluate, and overcome risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the overall program of work.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to guide Sales, Launch and Customer Success Managers, as well as leaders, in implementing new products through mentorship and education.
  • Collaborate with product research to develop strategies to enhance product value.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence to influence pricing strategies for maximize business impact.


The skills you will bring

  • 3-5 years in a product, project, or program management role with significant scope of responsibility and control.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of agile product and value delivery practices
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Comfortable presenting and demonstrating to an executive-level audience.


  • Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical people.
  • Confident demeanor, taking initiative and making decisions based on sound judgment/investigation, you can be relied on to see objectives through to completion.
  • Strong leadership qualities with ability to communicate product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities - likely to work on multiple projects simultaneously at times.
