About the Team
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Change Program Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading change management efforts for EPIC strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that change management strategies and plans maximize adoption and usage, and minimize resistance, across EPIC. You will have a passion for driving successful change efforts and be able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:• Leveraging standards and best practices to lead the design of a consistent change strategy to meet the unique needs of each change or transition • Developing and executing change management plans, including impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, and supporting training efforts and enabling the change successfully • Collaborating with senior leaders and partners across EPIC to deliver and implement change strategies • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change efforts, and ensure that contingency plans are in place • Guiding and coaching leaders and sponsors to establish and maintain the commitment necessary for the change program. • Interacting with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate the information into change activities. • Identifying, engaging and facilitating employee change networks across sites, geographies, and functions• Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office
Qualifications
About You
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field • 3+ years change management experience, Prosci certification preferred • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, PMP or PgMP certification a plus • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate, build and manage relationships, at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience developing and executing change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, user adoption strategies, and training programs for stakeholders • Strong track record of effectively driving change through written communications, ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. • Success driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups/teams; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. • Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights • Experience with Enterprise office collaboration, product management and program/project management tools is a plus (Microsoft 365, Aha!, Jira, Smartsheet) • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
