We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Culture and Change Senior Program Manager to join our Culture Transformation & Change team within our PPL (People & Places) organization.

Under the leadership of the Culture Transformation & Change Director, the Culture Change Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading high visibility and complex programs, often engaging a team of global and distributed teams in partnership with HR and business stakeholders to support culture change and adoption.

The ideal candidate for this role will have solid experience in strategic programs and change management. The person we're looking for demonstrates execution drive, can influence without authority, brings a high level of empathy, builds relationships at all levels, and is a great communicator and storyteller. This role is cross-functional and demands an ability to connect the dots across various levels of stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple complex, high-visibility, and high-impact global projects and programs within Culture & Change
  • Work with world-class cross-functional teams to lead, support execution, and facilitate a collaborative environment that is inclusive, productive, and fun
  • Provide project leadership with complete transparency of each project's scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and ROI
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies; escalate and solicit executive involvement as required
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of program implementations, including vendor onboarding and management
  • Partner closely with systems and IT organizations within Autodesk to execute technical aspects of projects or develop new tools to support our cultural transformation journey
  • Partner with enablement teams, including Learning & Development, Diversity & Belonging, and Communication CoEs, to ensure proper training and change management for all program activities
  • Create and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards that regularly provide the project team and project sponsors insight into the program portfolio
  • Communicate, both written and orally, on complex issues relating to processes, projects, status, and resource staffing.
  • Build and deliver compelling and impactful presentations related to the programs you own to engage and inform key stakeholders and program sponsors
  • Support change management strategy and implementation as an SME in the context of the portfolio of programs, including developing and finalizing change impact reports, metric analyses, stakeholder readiness, and designing strategic change plans
  • Represent the Culture Transformation & Change on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed
  • Learn our decision-making framework and be able to facilitate decision-making sessions across workstreams and stakeholders when needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • 10+ years program & change management experience within the context of cultural and behavioral change
  • Relevant and successful program management experience in complex cross-functional projects within fast-paced, global, and dynamic organizations
  • Prior experience in culture, Human Resources, talent management, or behavioral change.
  • Lead with curiosity to identify possible dependencies, risks, and reach out to dependent workstreams, and communicate clearly
  • Solid experience in the tech industry will be a plus
  • Experience working with all levels of employees, including senior executives
  • Excellent and adaptable technology skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management software like Asana
  • Comfortable in a remote work setting and a proven team player with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and influence those with no formal hierarchical relationship exists
  • Develop structure and strategy to solve ambiguous problems
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable with ambiguity; You bring an agile approach and a human-centered design mindset to program & change management
