Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience

• Managing our internal events program which includes large-scale company-wide events like our annual company kick-off, Discord Birthday, and Hack Week
• Lead the coordination of our annual company-wide onsite in San Francisco
• Partner with our Workplace teams to coordinate events and community-building activities for our global office(s)
• Partner with our Brand Merchandise Manager to manage our internal swag program and employee merch store
• Manage our Discord Anniversary program 
• Support our Senior Benefits Manager in managing and evolving our Total Wellness program
• Manage cross-functional, global relationships and projects to ensure policy, process, and systems are aligned to meet the needs of employees
• Oversee management reporting and work with our People Analytics team to analyze data for various EX programs 

• You have a minimum 5 years experience working in Human Resources or Customer Experience programs and third-party vendor management
• You have experience planning and executing large-scale events
• You are curious, creative, and collaborative
• You have the ability to assess and understand our culture and interpret this into meaningful strategies that are genuine to Discord
• You have experience leading projects and programs and experience with managing relationships with cross-functional teams
• You have excellent interpersonal, and analytical skills, and the ability to understand various engagement tools in order to help drive implementations and systems maintenance
• Meaningful relationships are your thing. You excel at making a connection with those around you
• You have the ability and desire to adapt to the fast-changing landscape of technology
