Senior Program Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary

Responsible for leading medium to large initiatives. The Program Manager Sr reports to a Director in the Project Management Office. The PMO lead and provide oversight of the organizations strategic initiatives, thereby providing the enterprise with assurance that the desired business value of the initiatives are achieved.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for providing end-to-end project management services for medium to large project execution and delivery
• Accountable for the identification and mitigation of risks and issues for the projects
• Accountable for a effective communication strategy for projects
• Financial management for the program/project
• Lead project managers and scrum masters accountable for delivery of workstreams for the program
• Lead project managers and scrum masters of vendors accountable for delivery of workstreams for the program
• Lead implementation and monitoring of efficiency improvements within the program
• Empower teams by contiguously defining and expanding green zone

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related business discipline
• Program (PgMP) and Project Management (PMP) certification

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• ITIL V3 Foundations
• ITIL V4 Foundations (Preferred)
• Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)

Required Work Experience

• 5+ Years relevant experience leading variety of projects
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 06C

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
