About the Role:
In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and be a key cross-functional partner, responsible for managing the end-to-end project management of a program (integrated marketing effort, or marketing-led special project) by effectively partnering with creative, media, social, publicity and other cross-functional teams. This means that you are nimble, solutions-oriented, GTD oriented, and good at building credibility and relationships cross-functionally. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge competing priorities amongst cross-functional stakeholders -- ensuring programs deliver against their strategic goals on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee integrated marketing programs, managing end-to-end campaign operational scope including: overseeing relevant budgets, RACI/process/milestone definition, cross-functional asset planning, and campaign fulfillment/delivery
- Define and manage milestones across an entire campaign lifecycle including: creative development timelines, advise on executive review timing, aggregate stakeholder delivery deadlines, production deadlines due dates and backout timings for asset rollouts (i.e. media deliveries, etc.)
- Manage creative agency NDAs, SOWs and creative agency onboarding as needed
- Keep program stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitments
- Eliminate obstacles and advise on delivery & budget risks when relevant
- Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and dissemination of campaign milestones, assets, deliverables and reporting
- Use data to inform best practices, eliminating inefficiencies throughout our operational pipelines
Your Background:
- 8+ years of program management and/or creative production experience, preferably at an agency
- Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams through successful marketing campaigns
- Expert knowledge of marketing campaign workflows, deep understanding of creative and production process for all channels
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Expert at leveraging difficult conversations to strengthen internal and external relationships
- High competency and proven track record of project management for high-profile campaigns
- Knowledgeable of the ever-evolving cultural landscape
- Strategic thought partner and strong team player with track record of influencing/managing without authority
