We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help accelerate our growth journey. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level by working directly with the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Brooks Automation's Emerging Automation Solution (EAS) entity. This will be a Hybrid role based out of Chelmsford, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and implement the Brooks Product Development and Introduction (PDI) process across all EAS entities.
• Work closely with cross-functional program teams to common goals and drive decisions to mitigate risk with clarity and speed. Your cross-functional partners will include Design Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Service, etc.
• Work closely with the Global Program Management Office to introduce streamlined New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Manage EAS management systems (strategy planning, annual operating planning, quarterly business reviews).
• Manage M&A integration activities.
• Travel up to 25% to Brooks and Customer sites located in the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline. Advanced Degree highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical program management experience in an engineering environment with additional experience in either a Product Marketing, Engineering or Sales capacity.
• Experience supporting Hardware and Software NPI initiatives, preferably with Capital Equipment.
• Proven ability to successfully collaborate and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with program management industry standard practices and tools, including phase gate development processes, and able to promote best practices.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
