Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects for the People Team. Examples may include but are not limited to Annual Performance Cycle Employee Experience Projects Employee Engagement Survey etc.

  • Scope projects and improvement efforts including analyzing the current state working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision the business value to be delivered and the plan to accomplish it.

  • Document root causes of issues identify gaps analyze trends research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies.

  • Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation user guides governance/stakeholder materials communications and process maps.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Superior organizational and project management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines achieve milestones and deliver high quality results.

  • Ability to work independently be self-guided and tolerate ambiguity

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest best path to solutions.

  • Experience analyzing business processes business process modeling as well as utilizing process improvement methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight.

  • Ability to foster strong relationships drive change and facilitate problem solving discussions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience using Google suite is a plus
