Senior Program Manager - PeopleOps
Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Oversee and manage a variety of key strategic projects for the People Team. Examples may include but are not limited to Annual Performance Cycle Employee Experience Projects Employee Engagement Survey etc.

Scope projects and improvement efforts including analyzing the current state working with collaborators to articulate a clear future vision the business value to be delivered and the plan to accomplish it.

Document root causes of issues identify gaps analyze trends research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies.

Develop and coordinate preparation of tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation user guides governance/stakeholder materials communications and process maps.
Skills and Qualifications

Superior organizational and project management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines achieve milestones and deliver high quality results.

Ability to work independently be self-guided and tolerate ambiguity

Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest best path to solutions.

Experience analyzing business processes business process modeling as well as utilizing process improvement methodologies and tools.

Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight.

Ability to foster strong relationships drive change and facilitate problem solving discussions.

Experience using Google suite is a plus
