Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an ideas portal, gathering input from SMEs and senior management.
• Research and analyze new ideas, collaborating with experts and stakeholders.
• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution and managing risks.
• Select, onboard, and oversee vendors, transitioning relationships to business leaders after pilots.
• Track and report on pilot performance, preparing insights for stakeholders.
• Work across teams for smooth project transitions, documenting key learnings and process improvements.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, product development, or a similar role

Skills and Qualifications:

• Skilled in advising and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, using insights to guide executive decisions.
