Senior Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the join the revenue organization!

• What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with business units, core functions and support teams to lead, develop and implement strategic initiatives

  • Identify, implement, and support opportunities for process improvement across the monetization organization

  • Implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to enhance and improve execution

  • Coordinate and operationalize complex projects.

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail

  • Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight, quickly changing deadlines

  • Ability to implement high quality, data driven decisions

  • Operational rigor in building a scalable service model with continuous improvement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 

  • Self motivated and ability to deal with ambiguity

    
    

• Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 7+ years experience in strategy, communications or business operations

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with responsibilities that include managing processes that involve multiple stakeholders

  • Strong ability to communicate, motivate and influence 

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) and driving/influencing change

  • Proven track record of delivering on projects in a matrixed organization

  • A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
