Senior Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the join the revenue organization!
What you’ll do:
Work closely with business units, core functions and support teams to lead, develop and implement strategic initiatives
Identify, implement, and support opportunities for process improvement across the monetization organization
Implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to enhance and improve execution
Coordinate and operationalize complex projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight, quickly changing deadlines
Ability to implement high quality, data driven decisions
Operational rigor in building a scalable service model with continuous improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environmentÂ
Self motivated and ability to deal with ambiguity
Minimum Qualifications:Â
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
7+ years experience in strategy, communications or business operations
7+ years of experience in project management, with responsibilities that include managing processes that involve multiple stakeholders
Strong ability to communicate, motivate and influenceÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) and driving/influencing change
Proven track record of delivering on projects in a matrixed organization
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
