Senior Program Manager, Talent Management
Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will be a strategic partner to several teams including: Communications, Employee Experience, Inclusion, Diversity & Purpose, Learning & Development, Legal, Onboarding, People Partners, People Services, People Systems, Payroll, Total Rewards, and senior leadership. You will report directly into the Manager of People Programs. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead program design, execution, and evolution of our Talent Management programs
- End-to-end program management of our “Discord Development” program, which includes semi-annual performance reviews, quarterly talent calibrations, and semi-annual compensation cycles
- Assess the effectiveness of Talent Management programs to evolve programs using data and feedback
- Provide advice, directions, and support for program contributors
- Identify gaps and opportunities to program contributors to strengthen program outcomes
- Establish relationships with program contributors and stakeholders
- Ensure team is collectively delivering goals
- Communicate with program contributors on deliverables, prioritization, and issues/risk when applicable
- Provide feedback and recommendations on documentation, resources, and training materials for Talent Management programs
- Assist with special projects for the People Program team as needed
- 5+ years of experience in program management, including an emphasis on talent management
- Ability to manage projects or phases of a project
- High degree of confidentiality
- A love for process improvement
- Experience with Asana
- Experience with Workday
- PMP certification or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $158,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
