Senior Programmatic Media Manager
Objective of the Role:
In this hands-on role, reporting to the Programmatic Media Team Lead you will be a data-driven programmatic media expert that manages campaigns across multiple DSPs such as Google Ads, DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk. You'll work directly with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet client goals and objectives. This client-facing position is responsible for properly setting up all components of a campaign, including the creation of a new campaign, use of proper naming conventions, creative testing and rotation, QA, and trafficking in our third-party ad server and DSPs.
Principal Duties:
- Setup, traffic, and optimize digital ad campaigns in both the ad server and DSP, which includes working with publishers and 3rd party data providers to receive deals and audiences for campaign launches.
- Thoroughly analyze campaigns to provide clients with ROI driving insights and testing recommendations.
- Present insights and media strategies to clients, addressing any questions or concerns the client may have
- Conduct troubleshooting, coordinating with departments internally and DSP representatives to identify, report and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with internal development and creative teams providing technical advice on the creation of custom advertising solutions based on campaign set up and client expectations
- Support knowledge sharing and developing best practices within the department
- Mentor and supervise junior media traders to help the team grow professionally and improve campaign effectiveness through the platform's functionality
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of recent hands-on experience managing programmatic media in at least one of the following DSPs: Google Ads, Display & Video, DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk.
- 3+ years experience with client-facing responsibilities (account management, weekly calls, reports/dashboards, presenting reports, etc.).
- 2+ years experience gathering actionable insights out of Google Analytics.
- Expert knowledge of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging & bidding, reporting.
- Ability to multi-task across clients to ensure the proper executions of several plans simultaneously.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Preferred Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Display and Video 360, Google Campaign Manager, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk Trading Academy
- Experience in media/ digital marketing/ technology industry.

Salary range for this position is $80k - $100k plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
